Global problems in an increasingly interconnected world can only be solved by the development of global and sustainable economic systems. For this reason, our society promotes the dissemination of the idea of sustainability at an international level, transnational knowledge transfer and exchange of ideas.
The society wants to offer a forum to committed individuals from different professional backgrounds to develop ideas that receive no support elsewhere. There are generally no limitations on the issues addressed. Although our primary focus lies on economic policy matters, we also promote investigations into other topics such as, e.g. social aspects or environmental issues, which in a sustainable society have to be seen on an equal footing with economic issues.
